The Washington D.C. office is building a pipeline of courageous elected officials who are passionate about transforming public education so that every student—especially Black, Brown, and low-income students—attends a high-quality public school, regardless of their zip code.

ABOUT US

On September 2, 2025, the Washington, D.C. office of the Center for Strong Public Schools Action Fund officially launched under the leadership of Executive Director Jessica Giles and Deputy Director Victor Horton.

We recruit, train, and support courageous leaders who put kids first. Our work focuses on:

Equipping leaders with the tools to lead and win
Advocating for proven practices
Holding leaders accountable for student outcomes
